I was grossed out by a heavy waitress who couldn' the button her blouse, so he belly was exposed. Not an appetizing site! Calling it to her attention did not good. Also, 2 weeks in a row, I was charged the wrong price for my juice. The food is good and the service prompt. We love the new dessert included with breakfast.
Food was delicious, wait staff friendly and welcoming. The entire atmosphere seemed different than before, very pleasant. Overall, wait staff was timely, efficient, and the food was superb! I would recommend...
Was seated right away and had our drink order taken it then took 15 min for our drinks to show up and another 10 min for our order to be taken. This was at 730 at night with 2 waitresses working and 5 tables in the whole place with customers...while waiting for our food we watched a customer waiting to pay for 15 min being ignored by both waitresses! What stopped him from just walking out is more than I will ever know! The service here absolutely sucks no doubt about it! We will not be returning to this place ever as the food was definitely not worth the horrible service we received! Our waitress name was Holly and everyone in the restaurant that had her was very upset and we all started getting our own things like silverware and ketchup ect..because it was never brought before or when our food was served! Do not go here and plan to enjoy a meal you will not for sure!
I enjoy all the wait staff but I'm pretty sure even they would tell you this place kinda sucks. Every visit something goes wrong and you have to wait quite some time for your food. Can be crowded and the tables are so close together it's a bit uncomfortable. Yet I keep coming back?
Initial meal ( breakfast sampler ) was awesome. Not too bad for $10.49. Then I ordered 4 pancakes to go and was charged almost $9.00 for them. Outrageous! To top everything off my server did not give me my receipt back so that I could do the survey. It's questionable whether or not I'll ever go back.
