The service was okay but the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the plate with sausage, Chicken & Ribs and as you can see in the photo that I posted. All of it looks like it was boiled then covered in sauce. Not a grill mark on anything. Not to mention the taste of it. I mean it's called Chili's "GRILL". I'm blown away at how far downhill Chili's has Fallen. They definitely need to do something quick if they intend to be in it for the long run. Because I definitely don't plan on going back and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Food is good. Service kept going downhill until finally one time was sat at a table and waited...waited....waited while all the other tables around us were getting waited on. Finally got up and walked out to go somewhere else. On the way out every employee we passed was like "thanks guys, have a nice day." Didn't even realize a waiter never came to our table. That was several years ago and have never been back since. Hopefully by all those idiots were fired and replaced with people who know how to wait tables but can only rate based on when I was actually there.
Late night bite and great food!! Enjoyed our dinner here after discovering Charcoal Grill closed at 9! The bartender was our server and she was super busy but still checked on everyone!
I'll start with the service, it was sub par at best. Just got into town and wanted to take my grandson and daughter out instead of hanging out at their house. We should have stayed in, the food looked delicious on the menu and I was excited until the food came. We couldn't believe how much it Didn't look like the picture and it tasted twice as bad. Had I eaten anything on our 4 hour drive from Chicago after a 4 hour flight from Seattle, I would have walked out after the first bite. It was that bad, it's a wonder they are still in business, but I'm sure they are only still in business because it's a tiny little town with very few options.
This outing to Chili's was great. We had a party of 6 and we were seated in about 5 minutes. We ordered appetizers, which took about 5 minutes to get to our table after we were seated. We also got our foods in a very sorry peeps of time, so overall we were very pleased with the quality of food and service.
