I had a pane of glass cut, picked up some insulation, caulk, and some files. They have a good enough selection to make it one stop shopping.

Had windows installed, they didn't seal caulk the windows, water damage in my basement from incorrect installation. Didn't fix them. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning.
Drove an hr cause an employee told me many times you guys had d25 siding, got there and you have d4 in 1 color. Found the employee I talked with and he got a attitude with me and showed me your so called siding, well he took me to the soffit and j channels which is no where close to siding and he stood there and told me i have no clue what I'm talking about cause that's what siding is and told me not to come back if I wasn't going to buy what I was shown!
Not only did we get helpful service but my dog was offered a biscuit in the store and received lots of snuggles.
So the funny thing is they did not have what I was looking for. They could not even order it for me. BUT the sales person went out of her way and found us the part number and even the website I can order it from. Good service keeps people coming back.
