I love going to Staples. Be a real person and get treated as a real person.
Beware. Was upsold a Lenovo U510 Ultrabook Ideapad and Complete Care Plan by Easytech Andy. Was assured of the system's stability with the classic "I own one of these myself and have never had an issue" shtick. System didn't last 6 months under normal text-based work. Hard drive failure. Merely 4 months into ownership and Lenovo will not fix without a charge, Complete Care will not help due to the manufacture's warranty, and the store basically told me that they make no guarantees of anything and have no responsibility (Manager's exact words). They got my $850.00. I got bupkis. I would not recommend buying anything from Staples under any circumstances. This review was typed on my 10 year old Gateway laptop that I purchased at Best Buy.

Bad service. We request assistance with scanning and printing documents self-service ,she wouldn't help out. There is a sign in the area "call for assistance if you need to "

Often understaffed. Occasionally helpful. High school and college students minding the store. When it comes to a having a variety of supplies unfortunately they are the only game in town specializing in what they do. You are stuck with Staples if you want a wide variety of office supplies in Stevens Point.
