I like this best buy personally, but it is the only best buy that is nearby. I have been here several times and every time I go I get a slight disorganized feel Everytime I go in and look around. Other than this though, I think that the staff are very helpful and nice and I would recommend this place.

Brand new washer delivered after 1 week, broke after 3 washes... took best buy 1 week more week to come out and replace it.. no washer for 2 weeks.

It is a real shame. There some very nice employees but then there are some just terrible employees. There is a manager Brock at the Plover store who's customer service is a joke. He should not be dealing with customers in any way. He needs to be taken down a peg. But thank you to the kind employees who still give me hope for this store. Zach, Nick and Trey are excellent they are the only reason i go into this store. But overall i reccemond avoiding this store. You are not treated right. Overall poor customer service. Stick to Amazon. If you do go to this store ALWAYS amazon price match. Don't give this greedy company anymore money.

Mobile manager was not helpful at all. I was mislead information by one of the worker there, I ended up getting a phone plan with false information and when the bills came in higher then expected, I went in to talk about my situation. The manger there basically said he's going to be on "vacation" and will get back to me. Weeks went past, I called and guess what he still didn't do anything about it and say he'll figure out the situation when it's been weeks that he obviously done nothing. It's frustrating, being mislead with information and they will treat you like it's your fault. He did not even try to help me out. Now I'm stuck with something that I wouldn't want if I were to be informed with the correct information. Beware Customers! They just want your money. They don't care about the customers!

The clerk tried to be very helpful however Best Buy system for store policy did not allow for me to have a printed receipt upon purchasing$100 item. The assistant store manager could not produce one either it was a very discouraging half hour visit to the store to buy exactly what I saw online and could not purchase in-store even though the website said I could. The only way to know this or these things is to be a Best Buy employee. Face-to-face interaction with customers and a paper trail showing that you purchased something that you do not have in your hand, it is a lost art.
