Their app is excellent. I don't go often so I'm usually frustrated searching for something. Their huge selection (a strength) was a weakness if you want a quick in & out. NOW you just enter your item & it returns an aisle number. SUPER
Not a wide selection of certain products (flowers, vases, arrangement accessories), most associates are friendly & helpful but the few bad apples they have ruin it for both fellow employees & customers alike, floor layout needs improvement, and the stock in certain areas needs to be expanded (children's crafts, floral, crocheting). The stock they do have is usually neat & tidy, the floors & shelves are clean, and the restrooms are cleaned & stocked regularly.
Found the baskets I needed at a great sale price! Plus they had $4 grab bags after Halloween with lots of goodies in them that were worth wayyyyy more than $4!
Michael's has their Fall Collection out and this year's is stunning! Everything you need for Spooktacular miniature Halloween Fairy Gardens, to the more traditional Halloween decor. But I'm "high-fiving" the miniatures this year. What a centerpiece they'll make!
Pleasant, neat store with lots of inventory. Possibilities are endless on whatever project you're doing.
