Good company that delivers the services promised
We had tile delivered from Speedee. They did not warn us that they will not cover damaged tile unless its over 50% damage. They refuse to pay for product or even refund shipping costs. They also decided to not deliver the broken tile. Instead they took it to Milwaukee to inspect it when it should have been brought with so we could inspect it. Instead we have to purchase more tile instead of at least using the damaged tiles for cut edges.
Beyond terrible and useless. Held my package for a week even when it said it was out for delivery it never really was. I called multiple times asking why. No one could give me an answer. Than it changed to we lost your package. I went round and round with these people trying to find and get my things delivered. On top of that I was moving to a different state within days at this point after all this time trying to straighten things out. I told them I was moving they couldn't care less. After still getting no where out of frustration I said ok fine you can keep the package. They literally said ok and hung up on me. I had to arrange for a different company to take the package away from them and forward it to me at the state I moved too. Unbelievable. Never again
I was home waiting for a package well before it should have been delivered. But on their tracking site it said "not in" even though I was home and expecting a knock or the doorbell or something. But nothing, its like they where too lazy to even try to do their job.
