Service sucks. Hire some better workers or close it up
Always dirty like most Taco Bells, but the food is kinda good (like most Taco Bells).
The first time you wait 10+ mins in the drive thru you can pass it off as a fluke. But it's now a regular occurrence. Today was 15 mins, there were 3 cars in front of me. It's ridiculous.
The person taking our order was very courteous, he seemed to be rather new as he had difficulty locating items on the register. He did get the order right though. The problems came with the people in back. First they forgot part of our order and, then messed up another part of our order. And to top it off the bathrooms were terrible.
GARBAGE. This taco bell use to be pretty good a few months ago, now is a whole different story. Does not look like it is improving anytime soon. The employees are always outside smoking or screwing around when I come through the drive through, and they don't wash their hands when they go inside. The guys in the kitchen that make the food are questionable and have ethics, which is scary when you are ordering food from them. I have a receipt from a drive through purchase that was made so poorly I am going back tomorrow for a refund or a remake of the same items. Literally looked like it was slopped together and horribly unappetizing. I love taco bell, but the service and quality here is disgustingly lacking. Please help this location TB!
