As a pregnant patient for a majority of my visits I am sure I was not always easy to adjust or work with. Having new aches and pains every visit for Dr. Millard to work out. She sure knows what she is doing! Each and every time I left feeling like a new me :)

Wonderful treatment and care by both Deborah and Dr Mark Ensweiler.. If Deborah's massage cannot fix it, Dr's chiropractic and wealth of hands on knowledge can. .Highly recommended and a real asset to the medical community in this area.

Since my 20's, about every four months I required a chiropractor specializing in muscles/tendons to unlock my neck and address pain in my hand/wrist area. Active in volleyball, sailing, cross-country skiing, running the dog, playing the piano and guitar, I also worked as an executive assistant. Dr. Ensweiler used a combination of techniques to release my neck and wrist areas: Active Release Techniques, Hellerwork Structural Integration, Graston instruments, and ultrasound. I no longer have hand/wrist pain and can't remember the last time I had a pulled neck-muscle.

Without a doubt the best care I've ever received in chiropractic medicine. Dr. Millard is gentle, personable, knowledgeable and exceptionally skilled. I can get in on a moments notice when in a bad situation. The focus on natural healing and pain free living is fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone in need!

I would highly recommend anybody & everybody to Lotus!

I refer to Lotus Healing Arts as my Happy Place!!!

Everybody that works there is very friendly.

and am so happy to have found Dr. Charity Millard DC.

For the past several years I also received monthly massages from Deborah. She uses Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Pressure Point, and/or Hot Stone Therapy. This has a tremendous impact on maintaining and relaxing my neck and wrist areas. I wish I would have known about the benefits of massage back in my 20's!

I had never been to a chiropractor before

We all have had great massages, mediocre ones and terrible ones. For me, Deborah is the best, amazing, "top-notch". She is always willing to work with you on needed areas leaving you soothed and revitalized. Deborah is a MASTER OF HER CRAFT.
