Zero Stars! Worst customer service EVER! First of all, explanation of different level of hairstylist's would be nice. Krista (MANAGER), did not introduce herself or explain her "level of expertise" but straight up said "I charge $20.99 per haircut". I agreed to this 5 dollar difference, hoping she would be attentive and good for a "Senior stylist". Second of all, I had to ASK for a shampoo that I am already paying for. "Oh, yeah, we can shampoo if you want." Third, how about paying more attention to your customer that is getting a haircut from you than the customers coming in?! I understand that it was crazy busy with people coming in and out, but that does not justify for the 1-2 inches I wanted off, instead I got 4-5 inches off. I showed a reference picture, Krista asked for the length - which would have been about 2 inches off, but instead my hair looked nothing like the picture and I ended up getting 4-5 inches off at a more expensive rate. Krista asked me if the length was okay and I honestly said "It's a little shorter than I expected"...all I got was "Oh...Okay." NEVER going back. I would rather spend that extra $5 PLUS another $5-10 at a more prestige salon.
Amazing experience! I came in to fix a haircut that was not done well at a different (not Fantastic Sam's) salon. I also had a bit of an issue with some very faded and patchy color. The stylist was AMAZING; extremely nice and listened to what I wanted. Answers my questions and made a few suggestions. She was able to fix my cut and my color. I feel so relieved!
Slow night, three on staff, still had over a thirty minute wait. Haircut was done nicely when I did finally get seen by someone. (2 of the 3 stylists had zero clients)
Stopped for a quick cut since I had to cancel an appointment with my regular hairdresser. Kailey was super nice a gave me a fantastic. (no pun intended) hair cut. Would definitely go back.
Asked for an inch off the top, they took 2-3 off. Asked for an undercut - hard to do when you don't have any hair left! Do not recommend for a men's haircut unless you're getting a buzzcut.
