Stopped in with my son while I was visiting him at UWSP. We had the tour and tasted a few of their brews, I was not disappointed. It was great that the tour guide was knowledgeable on the process as we discussed the sours they were fermenting. I have since bought more O'so from my local distributor and haven't found a beer they make that I don't like.
