When you go in for work, you are in there much longer than expected. The excuse is that the dentist has a lot of patients. They overbook people. They also try to get money out of you by confusing you with estimates & taking a lot of time getting claims sent in properly.

4 weeks later, downtrodden, heart sunk and the pain so bad that I couldn't even drink room temperature water any more I called Quirt. I spoke to Amy (bless her soul) who really listened, and asked if I could get there within like 20 minutes - their wonderful Dr. Elizabeth Birr was going to get me in right away, delaying her Fourth of July vacation -- for a BRAND NEW PATIENT that she had NEVER seen. That in and of itself spoke volumes. And so, I went into the dentist expecting some films and an appointment three to four weeks off and the single most remarkable thing happened.

Every person in this office cares. They're kind and sweet, and listen; really listen.

I have and will never have anything good to say about this clinic. Perhaps, instead of buying commercial time, they should use their funds to train their receptionists.

Their scheduling policy is ridiculous. If you’re a busy student and worker they have no respect for you nor your time. There are far more dental clinics to choose from in the area. Dental clinics that repsect their clients.

I’m just happy I called them right away because I would have wasted my time going into their clinics c just to be told my appointment was given to someone else.

If you've had a root canal, or a tooth pulled elsewhere, you're missing the exemplary experience of visiting true professionals that take care of the whole person. I will recommend Dr. Birr to every person in the world, and won't stop singing about this location and its staff ever: because I'm not in pain, and I was treated with respect, dignity and care.

I had an accident and needed some urgent dental work largely due to severe pain. I reached out to one dentist in the area who were happy to get me in right away, but then instead of targeting my pain and the repair, or taking care of the pain, they put a treatment plan costing over $3,000 in front of me that spanned over the next 6 months - and didn't even address my pain issue or the urgency of my tooth! So I decided that even though I had to pay for that nonsense visit, that I wouldn't go with them. So I found a second dentist that promised to get me in and take care of the pain-causing issues...they kept cancelling, rescheduling, making promises they couldn't keep and I suffered.

Extremely poor service. My parents were called and advised to have me call the clinic. When I came home from a busy day of classes they had advised me they gave away my appointment. Mind you, I had to move many things around to make this appointment.

Thank you Dr. Birr, Randi, Amy and all the other staff there at Quirt Family Dentistry in Plover.

I’m sure they’ve done this to others as well.

Randi, this fantastic dental assistant, asked me if the doctor could work on some of my issues right away and try to get me some immediate relief. I teared up as the work was being done, not because it hurt, but because someone finally cared enough about the pain I was living in to help me. We put together a plan that would involve finishing the work up over the next week; AND she was able to get their wonderful staff to find financing to help me get the pain relief and treatment that I needed immediately and a budget plan that I could afford.
