Staff seemed confused, coffee was ready right away. Food took longer than expected, manager made it right by covering the bill. First time here, I'm very pleased. Will return.
Never been to this location before, and don't think I'll return. Employees were extremely impatient and rude. It was not busy and they were rushing us, and seemed really irritated. Also put in way too much sugar, to the point that, that was all I could taste. Very disappointed.
The management at the Plover location was superb to work with. When I called to inquire if they were offering specials for Teacher Appreciation Week, May 1-5, without hesitation they offered a free donut coupon for each teacher on staff. Very generous, it is nice to have businesses support the local teachers. WAY TO GO DD!!!

I normally don't have a problem with this place. Just recently is when I started having a problem. You go through drive thru order a sandwich, they make you pull forward when there is no one behind you or in the lobby. They take forever making that one sandwich. I asked for 2 donuts only to find when I get to work there is only 1. You tell them no sprinkles they give you sprinkles. They need to get with the program.
